Preserve Column Name and Order during CSV Export
Currently, if you export in CSV multi-layered gauge, it renders CVS file with the accurate number of columns, however, the manes are not preserved so you need to basically reconcile which column in the sheet matches the gauges. The order of the columns is also is not preserved, so if you wan to use the data in CVS, you firs need to do thorough reconciliation.
Reset scheduled report to template
Currently if you have scheduled reports using a report template, and then make changes to the template, those changes are not reflected next time the scheduled report runs.
The only way to update the scheduled report is to start from scratch and schedule a new report using the updated template.
Have the ability within a scheduled report config to revert/reset the layout to the active template would be a massive time saver.
Blocked Patching report
I would like the ability to have a gauge that would show which/how many servers have blocked patches. As we get into a more security focused world, some of our clients would like to know what servers did not have patches applied due to being blocked.
Add Resource/Team Member/Ticket Owner in the Project Survey Responses Dataset
It would be very beneficial to be able to report on the team members that are receiving project surveys- similar to the way that you can report on this from a CSAT perspective.
Folders to manage and sort dashboards
We have more than 100 dashboards and it is not easy to navigate and fin the one we are looking for. We do use the search and add some dashboard in "favorites" to keep them on top of the list, but having a folder structure would be much better.
There's a related post, in this forum, about hidding dashboards from the drop down list. Having folder would solve this as unused dashboard created by Brightgauge could be moved to a specific folder.
Add PSA Change Approval metrics
This request is to add metrics from the PSA Change Approval to BrightGauge for reporting. This would include information such as number of approved/rejected projects, as well as an extract of the CR data into a gauge / reports.
Access to Child Instances - Addigy
Hello,
In order for us to get Addigy child instance data into BrightGauge, we would need to setup a separate integration for each of the Addigy instances. Can this be setup in a way where we can add multiple instances under the same Addigy integration to BrightGauge?
