Datto M365 Backups
Currently there is no way to report on Datto M365 Backups, including company name, users being backed up, users not being backed up, last success etc. This lives in the same ecosystem as BCDR devices which your Datto rest API pulls from. Its a huge importance for clients to know if their backups are working.

Include organization name in all Auvik datasets
None of the native datasets for Auvik include the client name (called Organization Name in Auvik). The only field remotely useful for identifying which client something belongs to is "domain_prefix", but this only works reliably for single-site deployments. Auvik’s documented best practice is to always use multi-site, even if the client currently only has one location. The reasoning is that it is easier to add new sites later than to restructure an existing environment from single-site to multi-site.
In a multi-site setup in Auvik, each site under an organization has a unique domain_prefix, which is often an identifier for the site itself, not the parent company. As a result, none of the data available in BrightGauge from Auvik can be intuitively traced back to a specific client. While a human could manually investigate and piece it together, that defeats the purpose; the information should be available so we don't have to manually investigate.
Without an Organization Name field in BrightGauge, this effectively renders the entire Auvik datasource useless for dashboards, reporting, or any scalable metric tracking.

Adding "Is_Active" or excluding "Suspended_Alerts"
A way to add in Brightguage datasets a "Is_Active" for device availability dataset , OR, a way to exclude machines that have been marked as suspended alerts in RMM.
Either way, it removes machines I no longer desire to see in my server down report, but still maintains my ability to connect to the machines should anything weird ever go down with those servers. (hey, it happens).

Sorting 2 dimension gaugues
When you have a table gauge with 2 dimensions, you can either sort by the first dimension or the second - so either down the side or across the top. You can't do both.
There are many situations where this is a major problem. Like if you have a list of techs and a set of dates. Either the names are in alphabetical order or the dates are listed sequentially, Not both.
The needs to be change.

Add the ‘selected term periods’ and ‘selected term discount’ from CPQ quotes dataset to calc TCV
Without the ‘selected term periods’ and ‘selected term discount’ from quotes, it is not possible to calculate Total Contract Value or report on the contract term being quoted/selected.
We logged a ticket and this data is not available to BG via the API at present, but would be very useful for sales reporting/forecasting.

Allow Brightgauge & CPQ SuccessList report to integrate
Successlist should be able to be pushed as a datasource for brightgauge. As is, the report in CPQ's settings is decent, but it's hidden away in settings. Pushing this as a datasource to a dashboard or report in BG would be great.

Skills and certifcations tab on Member profile
I would like the ability to create a gauge to filter in all members skills & cerifications on their member page from CW PSA. It would be great if this could be added as a field to the Member dataset.
