Add custom fields to Quickbooks datasets.
We would like to have Quickbooks Custom fields exposed to the Profit and Loss Details dataset. This would be a great help to us for filtering purposes. We use some custom fields for categorization.
Add the IP address field in the Network Devices dataset
In RMM, the Network Devices screen displays the IP addresses of all devices. However, the IP address field is not available in the Network Devices dataset. I want to create gauges that show a device's IP addresses, filtered by the types displayed on the Network Devices screen in RMM.
Instead of adding the IP address field to the Network Devices dataset, CW support's solution is to use the Endpoint Summary dataset, but this dataset only has the following four 'types':
- Desktop
- NetworkDevice
- Server
- Vmware-Esxi
Do not require SSO for Brightgauge Viewers
We build client dashboards and as a result have many clients as guests in our 365 tenant.
If sso is required we will have to make them full users, and set them up with SSO to see the boards, which is horrible.
Ability to add Logo's /customize reports for each customer.
Add addional logo's/customization to the reports so that we can personalize them for each customer. at the meoemnt we can only have one logo on all reports
Please add Median as a measure option
I would like to see the median ticket age for example, not the average, as average is highly sensitive to extreme high or low values (outliers).
Same goes for a lot of different KPIs.
Median should be a choice in the same way as "count", "sum" and "average".
Blackpoint Cyber Integration
Would like to see this and be able to report on machines and licensed accounts pulled in BlackPoint
Ticket link redirection in Gauges
Have the possibility to make the links in the gauges redirecting into the PSA powered by ASIO platform, directly in the service ticket.
CrowdStrike Integration
We use CrowdStrike for EDR so it would be great if there was an API integration to report on threat metrics and assets.
N-Able Cove Data Protection Integration
Summary:
Requesting a native integration between Cove Data Protection and BrightGauge to enable direct reporting and dashboarding of backup metrics within BrightGauge.
Business Need:
As an MSP, centralized reporting is critical for proactive monitoring, SLA tracking, and executive-level visibility.
